Linda Dahlin, the store manager responsible for a team of approximately 30 employees, emphasizes the importance of creating a positive work environment to ensure smooth operations in the store. Over a year ago, Flourish was introduced as a way to regularly measure and improve working conditions.
"Previously, we conducted large employee surveys every other year. My goal was to do it every year, but it was cumbersome and required a lot of time. Flourish is much simpler and more efficient, saving time for both me and my employees," says Linda Dahlin.
Flourish enables quick and easy pulse measurements every month, where employees answer three to four short questions in various areas directly from their mobile phones. The results provide measurable data and a useful basis for tracking development over time. Flourish has steadily expanded its customer base, and after the summer, the company announced that its market share now represents 20% of all ICA MAXI stores in Sweden.
