At the beginning of October, we announced that one of our companies, Parametric, had been nominated in the ConTech category for the Nordic PropTech Awards 2025. Now, Parametric has revealed that they have advanced in the selection process to become finalists!
The Nordic PropTech Awards is a joint initiative by the proptech organizations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, aiming to highlight the most promising tech companies in the region.
Parametric is a tech company within Founders Loft that develops innovative solutions for sustainable cities by harnessing the power of data and geospatial analysis. Their product, Hektar, is a powerful tool that helps architects, developers, and real estate professionals quickly generate 3D models of building designs. By inputting parameters such as room sizes and wall heights, users can easily create and adjust models in real-time. Hektar also offers the ability to analyze the economic feasibility of projects by estimating both construction costs and potential revenue streams.
Their innovative solution has the potential to streamline design processes, saving both time and resources for users. The design features enable the creation of customizable and efficient solutions that meet specific requirements and constraints within construction and real estate development.
