Substly was founded in Sweden in 2018 by Ola Stål and Felix Sjöstedt. They got fed up with managing SaaS, users, and costs in spreadsheets.
As they looked for a SaaS management tool to help them with these challenges, they realized no good options existed for small and medium-sized businesses and decided to build one on their own.
