🦓 Zebra Impact Academy is an exciting new accelerator aimed at creating better opportunities for companies and entrepreneurs driven by a strong desire for societal change. Recreatio AB supports businesses in creating a sustainable working life and helps people grow using nature as a tool. For a sustainable society, sustainable organizations and institutions are essential, and they are built by people who reflect and think long-term—or sustainably, if you will.
This is Recreatio's vision. Many businesses today experience a friction between expectations. The boundaries between work and private life are blurring, and leadership is being replaced by self-leadership. Digitalization and hybrid workplaces offer opportunities but also impose new demands on leadership, governance, organization, and collaboration.
Recreatio AB offers customized programs and training, lectures, management team development, and individual coaching and advisory services for decision-makers—using nature as the learning platform. The guiding principles of freedom, trust, and joy are embedded in every assignment and form the foundation for development with Recreatio.
Johan Norrfjärd has been running Recreatio for five years. He has a background in HR and has held several roles as a manager and leader. The seed of his passion for leadership, nature, and sustainable working life was planted years ago when Johan worked in the Swedish mountain world. Today, 20 years later, Johan is the sole operator of Recreatio but actively collaborates on the theme of sustainable working life through the Floda-based innovation hub CoCreate. With the platform InNature, he works in Sweden’s national parks, focusing on the development of individuals and groups.
