Who are you - the Team and entrepreneurs behind the startup? Klaudia Mur and Faheem Shah, the founders of Jolint, have seen firsthand the need for better tools and insights to help organizations create more inclusive cultures. Klaudia, a data scientist with a background in physics, and Faheem, a communication and DEI expert, bring a unique combination of skills and expertise to Jolint.
What got you to apply for our incubator? Building a company can be a very lonely process - we wanted to be part of a supportive community of like-minded people who are also committed to driving positive change. Participating in Founders Loft’s incubator program will give us access to support, resources and guidance which will be critical to grow and develop our business. We are also excited about the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with other promising Startups at Founders Loft. Overall, we are excited about the potential of the Founder Loft’s Incubator program and are looking forward to the opportunities and challenges that it will bring. We are confident that with the support of the incubator, we can take Jolint to the next level.
What’s the next step for ”Jolint”? As a next step for Jolint, we are focusing on doing 3-5 pilot projects with select clients to test and refine our method. We are also taking steps to develop an automated version of our platform that will be able to integrate with enterprise software and collect and analyze data automatically.
